BANAS , or Burros, the name of three See also:

(1) A See also:river of See also:Rajputana, which rises in the Aravalli range in See also:Udaipur, drains the Udaipur valley, and after a course of 300 m. flows into the See also:Chambal . (2) A river of the See also:Shahabad See also:district of See also:Bengal, which forms the drainage channel between the Arrah See also:canal and the See also:Sone canals See also:system, and finally falls into the Gangi nadi . (3) A river of See also:Chota See also:Nagpur in Bengal, which rises in the See also:state of Chang Bhakar and falls into the Sone near See also:Rampur .
