BHATGAON , a See also:town of See also:Nepal, 8 m. from Khatmandu . It is a celebrated See also:place of See also:Hindu superstition, the favourite See also:residence of the Brahmans of Nepal, and contains more families of that See also:order than either Khatmandu or See also:Patan . It has a See also:population of about 30,000, and its See also:palace and buildings generally are of a more striking See also:appearance than in other Nepalese towns . The town is said to possess many See also:Sanskrit See also:libraries . |
