His published See also:works include essays and numerous sermons, but his best known work is the History of the Church of See also:Christ (Lon-See also:don, 1794-1809) . He lived to See also:complete the first three volumes, and two more were added by his See also:brother, See also:Isaac See also:Milner (1750-182o), See also:dean of See also:Carlisle, who re-edited the whole work in 181o .
