RICHARD VOSS (1851– ), German dramatist and novelist, was born at Neugrape, in Pomerania, on the 2nd of Commentariorum Rhetoricorum oratoriarum institutionum Libri VI. of suffrage in Greece and Italy throws no light upon contemporary (16o6 and often); De Historicis Graecis Libri III.
