(NBC, 2/5/1976, 180 mins). An updated three hour version of the 1939 Bette Davis movie and the 1967 one with Susan Hayward in this poignant love story of a terminally ill TV producer whose love for her doctor gives her the determination to go on. Billy Goldenberg was Emmy Award nominated for his musical score. The movie was subsequently cut to two hours for its repeat network showing and syndicated runs.
