The Runaways

(CBS, 4/1/1975, 90 mins). An adventure drama, based on Victor Canning’s 1972 novel, about a teenage boy who runs away from his foster home after wrongly being accused of theft and soon crosses paths with a young leopard which has escaped from a wild-animal compound during a lightning storm. Both are befriended by a brusque lady kennel owner with a heart of gold.
