WILLIAMS, STEVEN (1949–). Actor. This Memphis, Tennessee-born actor has amassed a massive list of credits on both the big and the small screen. He made his film debut as Jimmy Lee in Cooley High , 1975. His major film roles include Captain Adam Fuller in 21 Jump Street and the mysterious Mr. X in The X Files .
