New Jersey Shore Rentals - New Jersey Shore Rentals For Families

seaside people week unit

The Jersey Shore has recently developed a new reputation. If you have ever watched the show The Jersey Shore on MTV, you know why. While this is a reality show, television has altered people’s perception of the Jersey Shore because of the show. And people who have never been to the Jersey Shore now think it’s a place for singles looking to party at all times. This is not the case at all. The Jersey Shore is actually more geared toward families. That’s why there are so many amusement parks, water parks, and carnival games. The few nightclubs in each Jersey Shore town are what bring the party animals. Unlike most places, this sharing of the Jersey Shore between families and singles actually works out very well. The families rule the town by day and evening and singles rule the town by late night. Keep in mind, people looking to party usually don’t head out until around 10 p.m. By this time, families are comfortable at their Jersey Shore rental and the kids are in bed. Another reason this set-up works so well is because the party people visiting the Jersey Shore are often family-oriented people themselves. Therefore, they have respect for families when they see them. Regardless of the reason you’re considering a New Jersey Shore rental, there is a lot to do in the area. The most obvious thing to do is to go to the beach. The boardwalk is a close second. Boardwalks on the Jersey Shore have unique stores, pizza shops, candy booths, rides, games, performers, and amusement parks. Other activities at the Jersey Shore include fishing, crabbing, boating, golfing, bicycling, shopping, and gambling.

Each tourist town along the Jersey Shore is a little bit different from the next. For instance, if you want to gamble, you go to Atlantic City. If you want a lot of activities for the family, you go to Wildwood, which has three amusement parks on the boardwalk within one mile. If you want a combination of a beach and a boardwalk but not crowds as large as Wildwood, you go to Seaside Heights. And if you want peace and quiet while still being close to the action of Seaside Heights, you go to Seaside Park. Most people who visit the Jersey Shore and are familiar with all the different areas agree that Seaside Park is the best place on the Jersey Shore to rent. That’s why we will review two of the best New Jersey Shore rentals in Seaside Park.

The first New Jersey Shore rental to consider is at 25 L St. Seaside Park. There are three ways to rent at this address, which are upper, lower, and cottage. No matter which one you choose, you will have access to a gas grill, a large deck, picnic tables, and an outdoor shower. It might seem strange for three separate parties to be sharing these amenities, but that’s the way Jersey Shore rentals operate – unless you rent a private home at the Jersey Shore. 25 L. St. Seaside Park is only a half-block from the beach, so you will have ocean views. It is also 6 blocks from Seaside Heights. The upper and lower sections of the home each have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleep up to 8 people. Both levels have recently been renovated. The cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and sleeps up to 4 people. It has also been renovated. In the summer, the upper rents for $2.095 per week, the lower rents for $1,995 per week, and the cottage rents for $995 per week. In the winter, the upper rents for $1,195 per week and the lower rents for $1,095 per week.

If you would like a cheaper New Jersey Shore rental, consider 74 O St. Seaside Park. This home rents in 4 units – A, B, C, and D. Unit A and Unit B rent for $795 per week and Unit C and Unit B rent for $995 per week. No matter which unit you rent, you will have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and you will be 1.5 blocks from the beach. You will also only be three blocks from Seaside Heights. Each unit in this home sleeps up to 4 people. Each guest will have access to two outdoor showers in the yard, a patio with a barbeque, and picnic tables. Unlike most New Jersey Shore rentals, pets are allowed here. The pet fee is $95.
